This Privacy Policy explains how IMBALANCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC (“IMBALANCE”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit imbalance-technologies.com (the “Website”) or contact us.

The Website is an informational page. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies.

• Server logs. When you open the Website, our web server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent string.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us by email, phone or through our social media pages, we receive the contact details and the content you choose to share.

• to reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started (messages).

We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and in responding to people who contact us, and, where applicable, on your consent or on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

• Hosting. The Website runs on a server rented from a hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf.
• Google Fonts. The Website loads fonts from Google’s servers. To do so, your browser connects to Google and transmits your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Email provider. Email you send us is stored with our email service provider.
• Social networks. The Website links to our LinkedIn, Instagram and Telegram pages. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies; no data is sent to them until you follow a link.

These providers may process data outside your country of residence. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter as long as the law requires.

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you, to give you a copy, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Armenia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice.

The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

This policy covers the Website only. Products and applications published by IMBALANCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC may process other data; each of them is accompanied by its own privacy notice.
